I am writing because I wanted to thank the whole team for doing a simply outstanding job at the funeral of my Mother recently.

You have made a very difficult time for us as a family so much easier by being so dedicated, caring and professional with the handling of the whole 'event'.

Right from the start, the careful planning and organisation was first rate, as was the time taken to understand what we (and mum) wanted from the day, and the many helpful suggestions you made.

All of this and I haven't even mentioned the beautiful setting you have built! including first-rate AV systems, great catering, accommodating for kids and the elderly alike.

Truly excellent service start to finish and you have my heartfelt appreciation.
