I met Graham much later in his life when Renae, Sean and the kids moved to Cairns. I was staying with them for a few days while Olive and Graham were visiting too. He quietly observed us most of the time and was completely at ease with the mayhem the rest of us created around him. He was a kind and gentle soul and it was so easy to see why Olive loved him so very much. Rest In Peace Graham, my best friend, my god children and so many others will miss you so much. Sarah x

Thank you for all the wonderful memories Graham. You were a man of very few words but what chance did you ever have of getting a word in when all of us got together. You had to become a very good listener that’s for sure. We will take good care of the love of your life, our beautiful Mum. Rest Peacefully. Love Donna and Anthony xx

Goodbye to a special person who never upset anybody, was everybody's friend and was there for people in his own way. He loved talking about the past, never complained about working 7 days a week doing the things he loved. Thankyou for being a wonderful husband to Mum. We know you loved her with all of your heart and appreciated everything she did for you. RIP Graham. Love Garry and Donna xoxo

To Olive and Family Graham was one of a kind, a very special Uncle to us. If it had tracks, or wheels, he was interested. Diesel and Dust ran in his veins His love of large machinery- FLAT OUT, FULL THROTTLE, only way to drive it! He was a tree “huggers nightmare” Graham always said... “Plant as many trees as possible”... it will give me work in 20 years... Building dams: “No Angle was to Steep No dam was ever big enough” You have now been ordered to heaven, by your mother, and Sister (Gwen), they have ran outta water- You have to build a dam, big enough to water there bloody gardens The old Kenny will now take you thru the Pearly Gates... Keep pushing Up... One Blade full at a time.... A true gentleman, you will be sadly missed. ❤️Love Always Ron and Family and John Knox

To Olive and family, Thinking of you all. Growing up with such a special Uncle was something I just took for granted. Will miss the cheeky chuckle and the shoulder bump for a greeting. Graham taught me how to do lots of things as a kid but not everything turned out well (especially the gings/slingshots). A true gentleman with a heart of gold and a huge work ethic to go with his love of big machines. So keep on dozing and show them how it's done. You will be so missed. Love Vicki

What a humble legend. A caring soul and a true example for young Australians. While my parents were off building their empire and life and I was an apprentice Uncle Graham was like my second dad (and Aunty Olive second mum). So like Renae mentioned now is no time to slack of so I hope your up there pushing out dams for all those animals.

I can’t thank you enough Graham for everything that you have done for me over the years. You cared for me like I was your daughter and I’m eternally grateful. Hope you are building dams again in heaven. Renae
