I came to know John through my work in the Commonwealth Bank many years ago and we became close friends over the years. John was a true gentleman and he so enjoyed his time with Dot who has been a wonderful partner for him. They were really meant for each other. We miss their company since they moved to WA but know that John was indeed well looked after and deeply loved.
Condolences to Dot and family.

I first met John some 40+ years ago when we worked together in the Commonwealth Bank. We formed a friendship & had many great times together over the years with his family. It was a blessing when he met Dot as his life was reinvigorated & she was the missing link. We had many visits to Jamberoo & can vividly remember when they were contemplating moving there.
He will certainly be missed, especially his off the cuff comments. All our love to Dot & thinking of you.xx

We met in Praque and forged a strong friendship throughout Europe and then when returning to Australia. John, a true gentleman and Dot, his wonderful and loving wife, became great friends despite the distance between us. We cherish our memories and send much love as we too are honoured to be friends.
