Our sincerest condolences to Joan's family. The Albany Historical Society will always remember Joan for her tireless efforts on our behalf for so many years. We are in Joan's debt for all her work in overseeing the restoration of the Albany Convict Gaol in the 1990s, and her work as our first female President and life member. R.I.P. Joan.
