To Christine & Lynette I am thinking of you today and I know your Mum now & Dad Joanne Will Watch over you & your Families Always You Mum to me was, My Friend and not a boss but a teacher & Guide. We Found out that we had many Connections Between Myself & our Families! I shall miss our phone Calls and Visits when we could and our Correspondence I shall miss her. Our sincerest condolences to Joan's family. The Albany Historical Society will always remember Joan for her tireless efforts on our behalf for so many years. We are in Joan's debt for all her work in overseeing the restoration of the Albany Convict Gaol in the 1990s, and her work as our first female President and life member. R.I.P. Joan.
