Colin, I am gutted to have learned of your passing. You taught me classical guitar when I was still in high school back in the late 1980's. I thought of you and did some googling and found this. You will be sorely missed. Thank you for inspiring me to play.

A great talent has been lost. We will miss watching Colin playing in various bands about the Great Southern. We will miss Colin popping into the Albany Club for a game of pool and a catch up. Our thoughts are with the family and friends.

Colin was more than a brilliant teacher, musician and composer. He was a great friend and mentor to me and many of his other students. Thanks for the laughs and the teachings Mr Reeves, you made me the musician I am today. My sincere condolences to family and friends.

In memory of Colin - a terrific musician, a wonderful teacher and mentor for hundreds of students over the years. A fondly remembered artist and friend in the Classical Guitar fraternity in WA. Our thoughts are with the family and friends.
