Thank you for the opportunity to join in the celebration of John's life remotely. John will be missed but we know without a doubt that his legacy will live on. John’s love and service has changed many lives and he will receive a glorious crown and have many come up to thank him for giving them the opportunity to know Christ and share eternity with Him. John was a wise, humble, caring and loving man. He was an awesome gentleman that will always be remembered. To Paula and family, thank you for sharing him with so many people. May God Bless you and comfort you until you meet again.

Dear Little Sue, Steve, Emma, Dylan & Zoe Thinking of you all. It can break the heart to lose a parent/father-in-law and a grandparent. May you all talk and tell stories to keep his memories alive. Take the time for the body and soul to heal. I'm Sorry I wasn't there in person to support you at the funeral service - it was such a lovely celebration of his life.

I will remember John as a true gentleman. He generously shared his many talents - as an expert in his field and as an artist. He sought commonalities with all he engaged with and I appreciated his encouragement over the years both professionally and personally. I am grateful to have known him.

In 1997 I met John with a view to resurrecting a damaged corporate relationship between GHD and Leighton. John was admirably open and supportive leading to mutual business success. Little did I know that years later we would meet again where his deep thoughts would contribute positively to my Christian journey.

Thanks John for your commercial and technical advice while I was in Bunbury. It was a great experience being able to bounce ideas of the chair of the business in the office lunch room. Your sense of humour and your pink Cadillac are fond memories. Thank you John.
