A good kind man who loved and cared for my sister to the end. He was a proud and loving Dad to his children who unselfishly cared for him in the last weeks of his life. I was so lucky to have him as a friend and brother in law since the early 60s and to Kevin since 1971. Reunited with Maureen and his darling youngest daughter Meg. Deepest sympathies to all his family sending love and blessings ❤️. RIP Jock. Brenda & Kevin Matthews.

A gentle man who had more than his fair share of life's hardships. Always grateful, his kindness and generosity were returned in spades by the love of his daughters in his final weeks - they did their Dad proud. Thanks for the Deer Stalker, the Laphroaig and the laughs Jock.
