Mavis you were such a joy to know and be with. Always knitting with love for the latest child. Many years at Vinnies where I fist met you. Your love for life was an inspiration. May God bless you in your new life. Condolences to the family she loved and cherished.

I have the most beautiful memories visiting you in Feb 2019. You were so welcoming, young and vibrant and you couldn’t wait to show me round Albany and the wonderful sights. Also that lovely lunch where I lost my jacket! You lived this youthfulness until you couldn’t. Love you for that. X As a child I remember you to be one of the loudest and funniest members at family gatherings. Thank you also for the poem entitled “ Snow”. You were very gifted with the word. Deepest sympathy to your family and all who loved you so much. They will surely miss you xx

Aunty Mavis the Great (so called when she said she was a great Aunt to our kids but we thought she deserved more) was a wonderful person who will be greatly missed. She was witty, wise and always up for a long, interesting chat. Deepest condolences to her family and friends. Kaye, Simon, Matt, Tony and Harry

Our deepest condolences to all the family. Thinking of you at this very sad time. Mavis was a wonderful and supportive sister to Jack (he absolutely loved her). Much love from Ken and Leonie. BTW we will go to Warracknabeal and set up the TV so Jack can watch the funeral with us.
