Gill. It’s hard to have a childhood memory that doesn’t have you and your family in it. The clatter of drums, the tuning of pipes. Your Dad hurrying us along, your mum being so kind. Of you winning all the cross country with me lagging behind. Of weddings and children and love and fun times. Missing you forever.
