My condolences to Laurie’s family. I worked as a supplier to Laurie for 20 years. He was my kind of man. Hard working, smart, sometimes gruff but always fair. He had a great sense of humour and we had plenty of laughs. He was very competent. I could tell he loved his family and I am sorry for your loss.

To Lorraine and family, Laurie gave me a job which changed my life and we formed a lifelong friendship and had so many adventures and a lot of laughs. I will sorely miss him. Sending my condolences. Dennis & Denise Poole

I will miss my gardening guru, the one who gave me a little step so I could chat to him over the fence and created a space where we could exchange our produce. Many happy memories and tall tales! My love to Lorraine and the family. He was a gem!
