Thinking of you Brad and Blight family on the passing of your father Ken

No-one lives forever but you will in my heart. You were the quintessential human being. When I played footy with your sons I became one of yours. Years of distance did not diminish my love and respect for you. You never ever judged anyone by who they were, their race and anything that anyone can be judged by. You spoke very little but your actions spoke volumes. Love you old man.

Ken, our two family’s were close as a kid growing up. I always remember social nights at yours and Bev’s as a kid, you guys all having a drink and laughing away whilst as kids we would all be running a muck outside. You were a top bloke, your kids and your family are a testament to who you were. You were a lovable bloke and one that was always up for a beer with his mates, I know that you will be very sorely missed but your memories live on through your family and friends. RIP Ken, from the Noakes’s to the Blights we pass on our condolences to you all, we are here for you guys.

Ken, you were a lovely neighbour and always there to help out with things when I went away. Watering, bins and mail. I enjoyed our little chats. Such a lovely bloke. May rest in peace Ken and may perpetual light shine upon you. Sheryl Dawson

‘You look after yourself mate” were the words Kenny said whenever we were leaving after our visits, Kenny was a caring man we respected greatly and enjoyed our happy catchups and warm welcomes over many years. Our thoughts are with the Blight family during this time, may Kenny now Rest in Peace.
