In 1958 at a committee meeting fir a newly formed sports club Edna Stevens put forward a motion to name that club The Married Ladies Darts Club ...that club still exists today , meeting every tuesday evening as it has since then . So on behalf of all the women in our club thankyou Edna, rest in peace. Sue Whittingstall club president
