Dulcie was such a beautiful soul — inside and out. She always had a smile to share, a laugh that could brighten anyone’s day, and she gave the very best hugs. She loved her music and never missed a chance for a little dance — and would often break into song with that joyful spirit of hers.
I feel so lucky to have known her — an absolute treasure who will be so deeply missed.
Rest peacefully, Dulcie. You’ll always hold a special place in my heart.
