Dear Helena, we are so sorry we are away and unable to farewell Maurice today. Our sincerest sympathies to you and the family Maurice was such a wonderful man it is hard to find the words to truly say what we feel. You and Maurice were wonderful employers to me and you gave me a job when I really needed it all those years ago. I’ve never forgotten your kindness. We are thinking of you all. We have known Maurice since the early days of the Double Happy when we enjoyed many a "business Lunch" (a smaller serving of one of Maurice's many delicious meals). A true gentleman and much respected citizen of Albany. Our thoughts are with Helena and family.
