Arie was such a lovely gentleman with an easygoing personality and sense of humour that put others at ease. His quiet strength, stoicism and wisdom will be missed by all. My deepest sympathies are with Yani and the family at this difficult time. Rest in peace Arie.

I was blessed to be Arie’s pastor for about 10 years in Albany, and many times received encouragement from him and enjoyed his sense of humour. Over the years I came to know him as a man of sincere faith in God. Arie had a long journey here on earth, but now his pilgrimage is over and he is with the Lord. May God provide comfort and encouragement to his loved ones who will miss him.

His involvement in the establishment and continuation of the school was invaluable. We praise God that he can now be with Him in glory. May God comfort his family.
